We accept standard image formats including JPG, JPEG, and PNG. For the best print and design quality, please upload the original, uncompressed photo directly from your camera or phone.

What if I am not sure if my photo is good enough?

Don't worry! Go ahead and upload your favorite photo. Our design team reviews every single image before production begins. If the resolution is too low or we need a clearer reference, we will pause your order and reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to get a better photo.

Can I include more than one subject (or pet) in the portrait?

Currently, we only accept one subject per portrait. Our artists dedicate significant time to capturing the unique, intricate details and personality of each individual pet. To ensure the absolute highest quality and focus in the final artwork, we strictly limit each frame to a single subject. If you have multiple pets you'd like to feature, we highly recommend ordering separate, matching portraits to create a beautiful gallery wall!

Will I get to see a preview before it gets printed and framed?

Absolutely. We want you to be 100% in love with your artwork. Once our artists have prepared your digital file, we will send a watermarked proof to your email/WhatsApp for your approval before it goes into final production.

Can I change my photo after I have already placed the order?

Accepted Answer

If you change your mind, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Because our artists begin work quickly, we cannot accept new reference photos once the design process has officially started.
